Abstract Submission and Registration

Guideline to be a Presenter at CITIES International Conference 2025

  1. Download the extended abstract template. Please keep in mind that the extended abstract is different from the regular abstract as it needs a longer explanation of your research in around 2-3 pages.
  2. Complete the extended abstract according to the template provided.
  3. Submit the file and register using this link before September 25, 2025.
  4. Presenter will get an ID number in the e-mail around 3×24 hour (working days) after registration.
  5. We will notify the accepted abstract using a registered email on October 2, 2025 onwards.
  6. After your abstract is accepted by our reviewer and get ID number, you can directly make a payment. The payment information will be informed later through e-mail.
  7. The detailed information for the full paper and conference will be informed through e-mail.
