Abstract Submission and Registration

Guideline to be a Presenter at CITIES International Conference 2026

  1. Download the extended abstract template. Please keep in mind that the extended abstract is different from the regular abstract as it needs a longer explanation of your research in around 2-3 pages.
  2. Complete the extended abstract according to the template provided.
  3. Submit the file and register using this link before August 9, 2026.
  4. We will notify the accepted abstract using a registered email from August 22 to September 5, 2026.
  5. After your abstract is accepted by our reviewer and get ID number, you can directly make a payment. The payment information will be informed later through e-mail.
  6. The detailed information for the full paper and conference will be informed through e-mail.
