Guideline to be a Presenter at CITIES International Conference 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

  1. Download the extended abstract template<\/mark><\/a>. Please keep in mind that the extended abstract is different<\/strong> from the regular abstract as it needs a longer explanation<\/strong> of your research in around 2-3 pages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Complete<\/strong> the extended abstract according to the template provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Submit<\/strong> the file and register using this link<\/mark><\/a> before September 25, 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Presenter will get an ID number<\/strong> in the e-mail around 3×24 hour (working days) after registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. We will notify the accepted abstract<\/strong> using a registered email on October 2, 2025 onwards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. After your abstract is accepted by our reviewer and get ID number, you can directly make a payment<\/strong>. The payment information will be informed later through e-mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. The detailed information<\/strong> for the full paper and conference will be informed through e-mail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
